Desiccant Matrix ADZORB 5500DM is a hot melt desiccant matrix designed for use with the Intercept® process. ADZORB 5500DM delivers an optimized desiccant blend designed to remove moisture and hydrocarbons from the interior air space of a sealed insulated glass unit, while minimizing deflection. Hot Melt Desiccant Matrix is formulated to be used in conjunction with single seal edge sealants such as InterSeal® DSA-4002HS on lines using warm edge insulating glass spacer systems. Hot melt desiccants are applied in lieu of standard desiccant pellets that are used with conventional spacer systems.
