Bystronic/Lenhardt™ TPS Line
Considered by some to be the most advanced and flexible insulating glass production system, the Bystronic/Lenhardt™ TPS line is the ultimate in IG automation. TPS stands for thermo-plastic spacer, and as the name implies, an elastic thermo-plastic spacer replaces the metallic spacer frame of the insulating glass unit. The flexibility of a TPS IG line is shown by the efficient manufacturing of standard products as well as by the universal application for special products. With a TPS line, it is possible to manufacture stepped IG units, shaped units and free shapes, cast resin units or large oversized units up to 6 meters in a continuous and order specific production process. |

RECOMMENDED Products: Ködimelt TPS is formulated specially for use on Bystronic/Lenhardt automated TPS lines. IG-882, IG-882SG, GD-823N, GD-116 and GD-677NA are recommended for secondary sealant applications on the TPS line.
