ADCO Global announced today the sale of its North American automotive replacement glass (ARG) adhesives business to Sika Corporation.  The sale includes assets and customer relationships dedicated to ADCO’s ARG business, in addition to the expected transfer of certain members of ADCO’s sales staff to new positions with Sika.

The transaction completes the divestiture of a business determined to be outside ADCO’s operating priorities and objectives for market leadership positions.  Following this sale, ADCO will continue to pursue strategic growth and investment in its core construction, alternative energy, and transportation platforms.
